LASU, apart from the main campus which is located at Ojo, also boasts of two other campuses including the Epe Campus.
The Epe campus is home to the students of the Faculty of Engineering and Agriculture, and LASUTH, the Lagos state university teaching hospital, home to the medical students of LASU.
LASU has nine faculties which include Law, Arts, sciences, social sciences, engineering, clinical sciences, Education, Basic medical sciences and Management Sciences.
The JAMB cutoff point for LASU is 190, and after prospective candidates make this mark, they can then proceed to write the POST-UTME.

LASU School Fees for Faculty of Arts
For the FACULTY OF ARTS, the school fee for all courses in the faculty is ₦113, 250. The departments in the Faculty of Arts include:
For the school of Postgraduate studies in Lagos state university, the tuition fee for all courses is ₦150,000 for a full session. Then for subsequent sessions, students will be required to pay the sum of ₦100,000.
Furthermore, the school of postgraduate studies is only open to people who already possess a first degree (a bachelor’s degree). And also to those who want to further their education by acquiring an advanced degree in the course of their choice.
How Much is Acceptance Fee?
The acceptance fee for new students (freshers) of the Lagos State University ranges from ₦20,000- ₦30,000. Payment of the acceptance fee signifies to the school that the candidate is indeed serious about accepting the admission that has been offered him.
This payment must be made before any other payments and/ registrations can be processed. Also, the acceptance fee must be made as soon as admission has been offered, or the student may forfeit his admission.
Other fees like examination, ID Card, Prospectus, Project, Medicals total up to ₦46,500 while the development Levy amount is ₦40,000.

The option of the hostel is available in the school. However, students who want to stay in school hostels must hurry with the processing of their rooms because hostel slots are very limited.
Students who also prefer to stay outside the school are at liberty to do so.
Please note that any payments should be made directly into the school’s portal and school account. Payments made to individuals or other websites may be dubious.
Moreover, the University has recently initiated the method of payment through Remita, which means that students can now make payments through many different channels.
