Mexican Dinner
A delicious Rosa’s cheese enchilada topped with red sauce and shredded cheese served with a crispy picadillo beef taco, Mexican rice, your choice of refried or black beans, lettuce and tomato salad, and two flour tortillas.
Cheese Enchilada Plate (2 Cheese Enchiladas)
When you order this recipe, what you get is two flavorful cheese enchiladas topped with Rosa’s red enchilada sauce and shredded cheese served with Mexican rice, your choice of refried or black beans, lettuce and tomato salad, and two flour tortillas.
Cheese Enchilada Plate (With Chili Con Carne)
In this version of Cheese Enchilada plate, you get two cheese enchiladas topped with a delicious mixture of picadillo beef and Rosa’s enchilada sauce served with Mexican rice, your choice of refried or black beans, lettuce and tomato salad, and two flour tortillas.
Deluxe Mexican Plate
The Deluxe Mexican plate is a delicious Rosa’s cheese enchilada topped with red sauce and shredded cheese, one crispy picadillo beef taco, a spicy pork tamale, one bean tostada topped with lettuce tomatoes and cheese, and a fresh guacamole salad. It is served with Mexican rice, refried or black beans, lettuce and tomato salad, and two flour tortillas.
Chicken Fajita Plate
Every restaurant has a string of signature recipes. For Rosa’s restaurant, the signature recipe is this mesquite-flavored grilled chicken tenders served with bell peppers and onions. When you order this recipe, it comes with Mexican rice, refried or black beans, lettuce and tomato salad, and two fresh flour tortillas.
Also included in each serving of the Chicken Fajita recipe is grilled jalapeño pepper, guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
Fajita Carbon Plate (two chicken, two beef, or one beef and one chicken)
There are three options to the Fajita Carbon Plate. You can either order two portions of beef, two chickens, or a combination of both. If you want a taste ventured (I formed that word, and it is a combination of taste and adventure – tasteventure), I would suggest the combination. Otherwise, it is two chickens for me.
The Fajita carbon plate is served as two steaming hot fajita tacos of your choice with guacamole. It is done with Mexican rice, refried or black beans, lettuce and tomato salad, and two flour tortillas.
Beef Fajita Plate
Here is another signature recipe on Rosa’s menu. Well, this is beef, and I am not so much of a fan of meat. I guess you are or have I infected you with my love for chicken? Not yet? I soon will.
The Beef Fajita came with tender marinated beef grilled over mesquite wood and served with bell peppers and onions, Mexican rice, refried or black beans, and three flour tortillas. omes
Rosa’s serves this recipe with grilled jalapeño pepper, guacamole, lettuce, tomato salad, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
Smothered Burrito Dinner

Beef Enchilada Plate
I do not want to sound pessimistic, but who eats beef? You will probably want to try this beef enchilada recipe on Rosa’s café menu if you do.
It comprises two warm flour tortillas filled with Rosa’s picadillo beef and topped with red enchilada sauce and cheddar cheese. The beef enchilada is served with Mexican rice, refried or black beans, lettuce, and tomato salad.
