In the United States, Latin America, and China, Samsung S10 offers the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 while for Europe, South Korea, Middle East, and Africa, Samsung Galaxy S10 comes with the company’s octa-core Exynos 9820 Octa processor.
This Exynos 9820 Octa offers a tri-cluster architecture, but it has dual-core processors clocked at 2.7GHz and 2.3GHz respectively and a quad-core processor clocked at 1.7GHz.
Samsung S10 comes with 8GB RAM as well as 128GB or 512GB built-in storage which is also upgradeable to 512GB microSD card.
